I found the hotel good quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. All speak good English. Catering staff exceptional in serving especially Archana - always willing to assist and answer any questions in her food section. And also Mr Walter De Souza - floor manager - kind, helpful and always keen to assist with any queer. Overrall Hotel is well managed, staff helpful, porters on the ball with service. Surjit G.

Location and surrounding was very good. The stay was just amazing and the staff were too good and very friendly.. they welcomed us with greetings. Food is good, the breakfast has sufficient varieties. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Property is well maintained.
